Scraping horse race data

In the past i have made some algorithms to analyze and trade on both the stock and the cryptocurrency markets. The successes of these where quite ok, but on the long run they did only perform in certain markets, or where just not fast enough to beat the big boys. But whenever i see something interesting to analyze the data of, and possibly ever turn into a profit it often has my attention.

My girlfriend used to work at a betting office, this is where i first got introduced to the whole sports betting scene. The 

races themself can be fun sometimes, but the possibillities with the quotations of these

horses for profit is what got me the most. An example from a local betting website http://runnerz.nl. Here you can see that Tyzeff

is by far the favorite, therefore the other horses all have a high quotation. If you would bet on horse 3, 4, 5 and 6 you have quite a high chance that one of these will win. Because the lowest quotation of these 4 is 4, you will almost for sure win money.
